TOC swab product introduction:

HCY(Huachenyang) TOC Cleaning Swabs (Kits) are designed to simplify sampling as part of cleaning validation protocols. Swabs and vials are further cleaned using a proprietary process, making these kits ideal for total organic carbon (TOC) analysis. Lot codes are used for traceability and quality control.

TOC Swab Advantages:

1. Independent packaging, more convenient and safer transportation. From the storage area to the sampling point to the swabs and vials in the laboratory, there is very little chance of contamination.

2. Total organic carbon content <50 µg/L, <50 ppb, to ensure that the swab itself will not interfere with the test data; double-layer and double-layer weaved polyester head, which can carry contaminants; knitted structure during sampling. This is to maximize sample collection and release into the diluent, providing excellent recovery; notched breakaway handles to allow for minimal handling and sampling of the head into the vial; 100% polypropylene handle, ensuring no other contamination and excellent chemical resistance.

3. Total organic carbon content (<10µg/L, <10 ppb) to ensure that the swab itself will not interfere with the test data; the pre-washed borosilicate glass bottle has an integrated cap and septum design for easy sampling and analysis. Diaphragm thickness -1.34 mm (0.053"), polyethylene cladding protects the diaphragm surface from contamination prior to analysis. The sloped shoulder design reduces swab tip area and total organic carbon content. Approved by TOC instrument manufacturer for use.

4. Labels are suitable for the identification and traceability of vial samples. Double-packed in cleanroom compatible polypropylene boxes.

TOC Swab Instructions:

As a first step, refer to your written sampling instructions.

In the second step, dip a cotton swab into the solution.

The third step is sampling the area.

The fourth step is to remove the cap of the sample vial.

Step 5: Put the tip of the swab into the vial, avoiding touching the tip of the swab.

Step 6, close the lid.

The seventh part, marking the sample.
