The OPA167x amplifier achieves a low noise density of 4.5 nV/√ Hz and a low distortion of 0.0001% at 1 kHz, resulting in improved audio signal fidelity.They also provide a rail-to-rail output swing in the range of 800 mV with a 2 kΩ load, providing additional headroom and greater dynamic range.To accommodate the power supply limitations of many types of audio products, the OPA167x operates on a very wide supply voltage range of ± 2.25 V to ± 18V (or 4.5V to 36V) with a supply current of only 2mA.The OPA167x can be used in many audio circuits because they are unity-gain stable and achieve excellent dynamic behavior under a wide range of load conditions.The OPA167x amplifiers use completely independent internal circuitry to minimize crosstalk and are immune to channel-to-channel interactions, even when overdriven or overloaded.
