TDK InvenSense T3902 Low‐Power Multi‐Mode Microphone

TDK Invensense T3902 Low‐Power Multi‐Mode Microphone offers a 185µA to 650µA current range, 36Hz to >20kHz frequency ratings, and 3.5mm × 2.65mm × 0.98mm surface‐mount package. T3902 microphone consists of a MEMS microphone element and an impedance converter amplifier, followed by a fourth-order Σ-Δ modulator. The T3902 series feature high performance, low power, standard, and sleep modes of operation. TDK Invensense T3902 Low‐Power Multi‐Mode Microphone is ideal for smartphones, cameras, tablets, and security and surveillance applications.
