IEC60335-1 Testing Equipment Pressure Test Device for Ceramic With 20MPa Test Pressure 100KPa/s Rise Rate

Standard of IEC60335-1 Testing Equipment:

IEC 60335-1:2020 Household and similar electrical appliances – Safety – Part 1: General requirements clause 22.32.

Application of Ceramic Pressure Test Device:

Ceramic material fuchsine pressure tester is used for ceramic component materials in household appliances to determine whether the ceramic material is tightly sintered.

Function of Ceramic material fuchsine pressure test apparatus:

The ceramic material is broken into pieces that are immersed in a solution containing 1 g of fuchsine in each 100 g of methylated spirit. The solution is maintained at a pressure not less than 15 MPa for a period so that the product of the test duration in hours and the test pressure in megapascals is approximately 180.

The pieces are removed from the solution, rinsed, dried and broken into smaller pieces.

The freshly broken surfaces are examined and shall not show any trace of dye visible to the naked eye.
