Energy Efficiency Test System Measuring The Performance For Clothes Washing Machines
Standard:
IEC 60456 Clothes washing machines for household use - Methods for measuring the performance;
GBT 4288 Household and similar electrical washing machine.
Application:
It is mainly used for washing machines performance test. The whole system is consisted of three parts: water supply system, test chamber, and control system. Appliance Performance Test Lab
Feature:
The equipment provides constant temperature and constant pressure water source for the test, and timely records the relevant parameters of the test process, calculates and generates test reports. The water supply device has multi water tanks, tap water is purified and input into hard water preparation tank, the hardness of the water is adjusted in a hard water preparation tank and then added to the water supply tank. In the water supply tank through heating, cooling (cooling using water-cooled chiller, coupled with cooling tower) to achieve the test temperature, water can be alternately supplied, pumped into the water supply pipeline through the pump, and then divided into two test ways in the test room for each test stations.
Main Function:
NO. | Item | Inspection Content and Requirements |
1 | Environmental Control | 6.1.1 In addition to the test specified in the test environment, the type test should be at a temperature of (23 + 2), with a relative humidity of (60~70) %, no outside air, no strong sunlight and other thermal radiation. |
2 | Water Temperature Control | 6.1.4 The water temperature of the water inlet of the washing machine with heating device is (15±2) °C; 6.1.5 The water temperature of the inlet of the drum washing machine without heating device is (50±2) °C; 6.1.6 The water temperature of the inlet of the pulsatory / stirring washing machine without heating device is (30±2) °C; 6.1.8 Woo washing process without heating device drum washing machine washing water temperature (40 ± 2) ° C; |
3 | Electricity Consumption Calculation | 5.13 Electricity consumption: Washing machine for washing performance test. The unit washing capacity should be no more than the specified value in Table 4; |
6.3.1 The washing test measures the electricity consumption at the same time, and the electricity consumption is calculated according to formula (1) E=E1/m.
4 | Water Consumption Calculation | 5.14 Water consumption: washing machine washing performance test the whole process of unit washing capacity water consumption should not be greater than the specified value of table 5.; |
The washing test measures the amount of water at the same time, and the water consumption is calculated as W=W1/m according to the formula (3).
5 | Water Supply Pressure Control | 6.1.7 The pressure from the inlet of the full-motion washing machine is (0.24±0.02) °C. |
6 | Ground Safety Inspection | Connect and disconnect the ground wire and check whether the sample is electrified or not working properly. |
