Application

The salt spray test machine is designed to test the corrosion resistance of products with various surface materials that have undergone electroplating, anodizing, painting, rust-proof oil, or anti-corrosion treatment.

Features

1.Material and Structure: The whole machine is made of PVC board with advanced three-dimensional reinforcement technology. It has a solid structure, is acid and alkali resistant, heat resistant without distortion, and is suitable for salt spray and copper acetate test specifications.

2.Control Panel: It is controlled on the same panel, making it easy to operate at a glance.

3.Water Supply System: Equipped with an automatic/manual water supply system. It can automatically add water when the level is insufficient to ensure the test is not interrupted. It also alarms in case of water shortage to ensure continuous safety.

4.Spray Nozzle: The precise PYREX glass spray nozzle is made of special glass, with even mist proliferation and natural fall. It is guaranteed to have no crystallization salt blocks after 4200 hours of continuous use.

5.Temperature Protection: It has a double over-temperature protection function. When the temperature exceeds the limit, it will display a warning and cut off the heater power supply to ensure safety.

6.Temperature Controller: The imported temperature controller uses digital display and PID control with an error of ±0.1℃.

7.Heating Method: The test chamber adopts steam direct heating with a fast and uniform heating speed, reducing standby time. The heating pipe is made of highly corrosion-resistant titanium tube.

8.Spray Tower: The spray tower is equipped with a conical diffuser to guide the fog and adjust the fog amount and uniform drop amount.

9.Saturated Air Barrel: The saturated air barrel follows Henry's law for heating and humidification to provide necessary humidity for the laboratory. It is made of SUS#304 stainless steel for the best insulation effect. It has a visual communicating vessel and a drainage switch for easy viewing of the water level and cleaning.

10.Defogging Device: It has an automatic defogging device to clearly observe the test samples in the chamber.

11.Fog Seal Tank: The fog seal water tank uses a water seal to prevent fog leakage.

12.Sealing Cover: The test chamber sealing cover is imported PVC board from Taiwan and uses a pneumatic cylinder for automatic lifting, which is easy to operate and safe and reliable.

13.Timer: The imported digital display timer can set the time in hours, minutes, and seconds for each subsection. The test time is arbitrary, and the adjustable time range is from 0.01 seconds to 9999 hours.

14.Laboratory Basket Support: The laboratory basket support adopts a flat indexing frame with adjustable angles. The sides surrounded by mist are exactly the same, allowing for the placement of a large number of test pieces.
