3.Description
The LM76005 regulator is an easy-to-usesynchronous step-down DC-DC converter capable ofdriving up to 5 A (LM76005) of load current from aninput up to 60 V. Tolerance goes up to 65 V, easinginput surge protection.
The LM76005 use peak-current-mode control toprovide exceptional efficiency and output accuracy ina small solution size. Seamless transition betweenPWM and PFM modes, along with very low MOSFETON resistances and an external bias input, ensuresexceptional efficiency across the entire load range.
This device requires few external components andhas a pinout designed for simple PCB layout withbest-in-class EMI (CISPR22) and thermalperformance. The small solution size and feature setof the LM76005 are designed to simplify theimplementation for a wide range of end equipment.
The LM76005 device is available in the WQFN 30-pinleadless package with wettable flanks
