Introduction

MODEL 232I/9 is a cost effective passive pocket RS-232 serial port isolation protector which can implement 2500VAC photoelectric isolation between RS-232 serial ports. This product provides 1 RS-232 serial port DB9M and 1 RS-232 serial port DB9F. It’s also equipped with 600W surge protection and 15kV electrostatic protection, which can meet the requirements of different scenes.

This product has compact size and convenient installation. It can prevent the RS-232 port from being damaged by induced voltage after multiple insertions. MODEL 232I/9 adopts unique port-power technology that it can obtain power from TXD, RTS and DTR signals of RS-232 port. It can operate normally even when only TXD signal supplies power. It can truly achieve passive effect with its extremely low power consumption. This product has industry-leading isolation technology which could provide device with AC2500V isolation ability and not affect the normal operation of the device.
