1. Do i have to supply our own artwork or can you design it for me?

Re: yes, please send us you LOGO PDF or AS file, if not, it is ok, please send the high resolution image, our designer will design it for you.

2. What about the lead time?

Re: Generally speaking, after samples approval, the lead time need around 7 days, but if you are urgent, please let me know, we will arrange your order first and finish it in 3-5days.

3. How to make payment?

Re: We accept payment by T/T, or western union, money gram, Paypal, of course, we provide monthly payment service for long time relationship partner.

4. Which express delivery do you use?

Re: we usually use DHL and FedEx, we have big discount from them, of course, if you have own express account, it is ok too.
