1 Warranty :Two-year quality warranty with lifelong maintenance.During warranty time,The seller will take responsibility to change or repair defective parts, the buyer pay the shipping of return of defectives, the seller pay the shipping of sending back repairs.The seller will offer technical help online or by phone, if needed, the seller can send engineers paid by the buyer for technical support on site.
2 Payment Terms: Western Union/RMB ,30% as deposit , 70% balance before shipment(Under T/T payment ,within 10000USD,100% for deposit.)
3 Lead Time : Within 15 working days once receive deposit.
4 Free Training :7 days on-site complete technical training in our factory.
5 Validity Period:1 month.
6 1/. We will provide some spare parts for you for free, in order to bring you some convenience to repair your LED display by yourself if some small problems with this LED display happened. We strongly suggest you to buy some additional spare parts, especially LED modules and receiving cards.
2/ We could send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your esteemed company, such as visa, hotel, food, plane ticket back and forth, and extra paid of USD100 per day as their labor cost for each engineers that from departure of Shenzhen.
3/ We assist the training and technical support for the customer in the factory if customer needed. You can send your engineer to our factory for training about software operation, installation, maintenance, etc. We offer professional training for free.
