Advantages of induction heating machine:
1.Low energy consumption. The actual billet heating efficiency of the induction melting furnace and the induction diathermy furnace can reach 65% to 75%, while the flame furnace and various chamber furnaces are only about 30%.
2.There is no need to heat the whole work-piece, local heating can be selected, so the electric energy consumption is small, the deformation of the work-piece is small and the heating speed is fast, so that the work-piece can reach the required temperature in a very short time, so that the surface of the work-piece is oxidized.
When the heating defects are reduced to a low level, it can be used for steel materials such as steel, tungsten, molybdenum, etc. It can also be applied to the heating or heat treatment of aluminum, titanium, zirconium and hafnium which are more chemically active.
