Product Description of Chrome Plating Rectifier:

The main circuit of the rectifier cabinet adopts high-frequency rectification, and a rectifier cabinet is composed of 14 rectifier unit modules. Each unit module is mainly composed of circuit breakers, three-phase rectifier bridges, IGBTs, high-frequency transformers, diodes, etc. Input circuit breaker for overload or short circuit protection. The diode is connected in parallel with the RC absorption circuit to absorb the voltage peak during commutation to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the diode. The rectifier cabinet has two working modes, cross-current and constant voltage, which can be switched mutually. The output DC voltage and current are continuously adjustable within the range of 0-100% of the rated value. The local control mode is realized through the communication between the touch screen and the main board, and the remote control mode is realized through the analog signal.
