This Equipment system uses the characteristics of induction heating’s non-contact heating, adopts encoder to measure speed in real time, infrared probe to measure temperature in real time, and then PLC, HMI All digital settings and all digital power chip to calculate and adjust the power output, so that it can achieve various automatic functions such as adaptive power supply voltage, linear speed, constant temperature and so on. It has the advantages of high accuracy of workpiece heating temperature, small error, stable operation and reliable quality. It is a special supporting equipment for on-line heating of metal profiles such as strip, wire, pipe, plate and bar. It is the only choice for on-line heating occasions with high requirements and high precision.
