1. Advantage of electromagmetic induction Melting Furnace:

Steel shell induction melting furnace is a new type professional melting furnace, adopt international advanced technology level. Uniquely controls the flow direction of the melt in the IF/MF furnace, achieving homogenization and dispersion distribution of the alloy composition, effectively improving the performance of the material in the molten casting state, greatly reducing the pressure of the material's later heat treatment, and effectively reducing energy consumption and production costs. Furnace structure can choose hydraulic dumping mode or the next discharge mode. The electric furnace has a simple structure, convenient maintenance and easy operation.

2. Feature of electromagmetic induction Melting Furnace:

Hydraulic System
1.Hydraulic system is composed of hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic work station composition.
2.Hydraulic station is with the box body, hydraulic pump, all kinds of valve and pressure gauge.
3.The remote control can realize furnace body’s tilting, stop and reset.
4.Furnace body can tilt 95 degrees through the hydraulic cylinder to pour out all the mental liquid and can be stopped at any position, according to the needs in the process.
