About Air spring

The bellows spring type is intended for elastic bearing of machines and instruments., to eleminate vibrations and impacts and on, the contrary , to generate vibrations and lift objects. In general, it is able to carry out work by a defined force along a defined force along a defined travel. Air springs tend to have low maintenance routines. They do not require lubrication, nor do they have seals or guides that may become misaligned or damaged like with other springs. Air spring components

1. Air fitting: A tapped hole allowing for the spring to be fed from the air compressor

5. Girdle: Only found in air springs of convoluted design, separating the bellows chambers.
6. Bumper: An optional layer of padding protecting the piston from damage if the air spring fails.
