1. Scope of application
It mainly stipulates the tests of mechanical properties such as endurance fatigue, reciprocating fatigue, compression stiffness, residual deformation, stiffness and permanent deformation of rubber air springs.
2. Technical requirements and equipment selection
(1) Permanent deformation
Put the rubber air spring on the ZCTL-S/W spring tension and compression testing machine for permanent deformation. The precision of the equipment is 0.5, and the permanent deformation is between 20% and 80%.
(2) Residual deformation:
Put the rubber spring on the ZCTL-S/W spring tension and compression testing machine for residual deformation, the residual deformation is 30%-70% of the deformation of the rubber air spring, and the accuracy of the equipment is 0.5.
(3) Compression stiffness, stiffness
Put the rubber air spring on the ZCTL-W microcomputer-controlled spring tension-compression testing machine to do the stiffness performance test.
(4) Fatigue life, reciprocating fatigue
Filled with pressure (0.1±0.02) MPa, the number of continuous vibrations on the ZCPL-spring fatigue testing machine with a frequency of 15Hz-20Hz and an amplitude of 30mm-50mm is not less than 10^6 times. The determination of surface cracks is in line with the national standard.
(5) Hydrostatic test
1.2MPa-1.3MPa, no leakage for 15min.
