Packing method
1. Standard packing: Each profile is seperated wrapped in plastic sheet in order to protect the profiles' surfaces, kraft paper wrapped in bundles.
2. Special packing: wooden cases+iron trays.
3. Bundles or boxes with wooden bars
4. EPE+carton boxes.
5. Customized packing methods are welcomed
6. 13 tons to a 20 feet container, 20 tons to a 40 feet container

A Usually the MOQ of each profile is 500kgs, but it will be different according to dimension of custom aluminum profile

A We can choose both theoretical weight and actual weight, base on the clients requirements.

1>. drawings with full dimensions. if you can't give us your drawings for your required aluminium extrusion profiles right now, please tell us your product linear density. we need this because our engineers have to confirm it first and then we will estimate the cost according to drawings.

2>. materials &Temper. our suggestion is alu alloy 6063-T5. we also can supply you alloy 6005 6061

3>. surface treatment. such as mill finish, anodized,powder painting.it can be customized.
