1997-We have our own brand “F&C Sensors” In Taiwan and start our sensor business

2003-Establish Branch Office in Dongguan

2006-Establish factory in Donguan named F&C Electronic Technology and start sensors production in China

2007-Start to sell optic fiber for fiber optic sensors, proximity sensor, photoelectric sensors to foreign markets and Provide OEM series to many famous brand.

2008-Get “High-Technology Enterprise”

2013- Established factory in Changsha, capital of Hunan province, Named F&C Sensing Tecnology (Hunan) Co., Ltd.

2016--Moved to new office building due to scale expansion.Enlarge te production line to 1500 square area and get 6 patent.

2018-Exhibited our brand in CCTV. Our products generated annual sales is over 6million USD and cooperated with 12000+ customers in 102 countries.

2019- Exhibited F&C Sensors in Hannover exibition and our customers are very satisfied with our sensors. Warmly welcome our customer to come to our factory for communication.

Strict Quality Control of Production

a) Raw material control

our IQC will check and test all the material based on our inspection standard.Actually most of components for our sensors are imported from world first brand such as MITSUBISHI, TORAY, 3M, Honeywell, ROHM etc

b) Workshop

We now have high class non-dust workshops and each worker is forced to wear clip caps and shoe covers. That make sure the work environment clean and safe.

c) Quality Control

1.Our IPQC to do first article inspection

2. the object will do self-inspection.

3.IPQC will process the burning-test 6hours before package.

4.OQC will do random check before shipment.

d) Quality complains

If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
