PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
1. Description
ZJHQ pneumatic three-way combined flow control valve, ZJHX pneumatic three-way shunt control valve, by pneumatic diaphragm multi-spring actuator and three-way valve.
The new type ZHA / B multi-spring actuator replaces the old type ZMA / B actuator, which has the advantages of low height, light weight, easy installation and maintenance.
The three-way valve spool structure adopts a cylinder thin wall window and adopts the side direction of the spool. It can be used in proportional control valve or bypass regulation, especially in the fluid temperature control system of heat exchanger in petroleum industry. One three-way valve can replace two single-seat valves or two-seat valves, occupying small space, saving installation pipeline and cost.
Pneumatic three-way control valve is widely used to accurately control gas, liquid and other media parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level, etc., so as to keep it at a given value. Confluence valve can mix two kinds of fluids through three-way valve into one kind of fluid flow, and diversion valve can divide one kind of fluids into two ways through three-way valve. When the diameter DN < 65mm, due to the small unbalanced force of the medium acting on the valve spool mouth, the diversion valve can be replaced by a confluence valve.
This series of products has two kinds of three way confluence and three way shunting. Nominal pressure PN1.6, 4.0, 6.4 MPa; Nominal diameter DN25-300, suitable for fluid temperature - 60 to 450 °C, permissible leakage level IV, flow characteristics of linear, parabolic two kinds.
