High Temperature Vortex Flowmeter up to 350℃ for Liquid
1. Introduction
LUGBML is based on vonkarman's vortex principle and uses piezoelectric crystal as the test element. It is a new vortex flowmeter for stress detection. It has the advantages of large range ratio, high precision, small pressure loss, good medium universality, direct ratio of pulse output to flow rate, and easy connection with computer, etc. Because the probe and vortex generator of the sensor are installed separately, the high temperature resistant piezoelectric crystal does not contact the instrument, and its structure is simple, with good universality and high stability. LUGBML series vortex flowmeter sensors can be used to detect and measure the flow of various gases, liquids and vapors. It can be used with ML6000 series vortex flowmeter of our company. It can also be combined with computers and temperature, pressure and density sensors to form a high-precision mass flow or heat flow detection system.

4. Design & Installation
The installation instrument is very important, if the installation is not good, it will affect the accuracy, service life and damage.
1. to avoid strong, high-frequency, high-power switching groups, instrument power supply should be avoided close to these equipment.
2. avoid high temperatures and radiation sources. If installation is required, heat insulation and ventilation measures should be taken.
3. to avoid high temperature and enchanted gas, ventilation measures should be taken if installed.
4. eddy current Flowmeter should avoid installation in the pipe sloshing part. If it must be installed on it, the clamping device and the vibration pad located at 2 D should be added to strengthen the shockproof. Instruments are best installed indoors, outdoor installation attention to waterproof, special attention to the joint, so that the cable wire into a U shape, to avoid water into the amplifier body, installation should save enough space, in order to install the connection line and daily maintenance.
