1. Introduction
Based on The vortex principle of VonKarman, LUGBML adopts piezoelectric crystal as the test element. It is a new type of vortex flowmeter for stress detection. LUGBML series vortex flowmeter sensors can be used to detect and measure the flow of various gases, liquids and vapors. It can be used with our ML6000 series vortex flowmeter. It can also be combined with computer and temperature, pressure, density sensors to form a high-precision mass flow or heat flow detection system.

5. Design & Installation
The installation of the instrument is very important, if the installation is not good, it will affect the accuracy, service life and damage.
1. In order to avoid high-power, high-frequency, high-power switch groups, instrument power supplies should be avoided near these devices.
2. Avoid high temperatures and radiation sources. If installation is required, thermal insulation and ventilation measures should be taken.
3. In order to avoid high temperature and enchanted gas, ventilation measures should be taken if installation is needed.
4. The eddy current flowmeter should not be installed in the sloshing part of the pipe. If it must be installed on it, a clamping device and a vibration pad located in 2D should be added to enhance shock resistance. It is best to install the instrument indoors, pay attention to waterproof during outdoor installation, and pay special attention to the joint to make the cable wire U-shaped, so as to prevent water from entering the amplifier body, and enough space should be saved at the installation place for installation and routine maintenance.
