4.5 Digital LCD Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge with Measuring Range 0.75 - 300mm
1. Introduction
The ML160 ultrasonic thickness gauge is used to measure the thickness of materials that can only enter one side. This instrument is suitable for many different materials, including steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, brass, zinc, Shi Ying glass, polyethylene PVC, gray cast iron, ductile iron, iron, etc. Dual probes can extend the measuring range to all possible ranges. Sensor models can be used for special applications, including coarse-grained materials and high temperature applications. Two point calibration function; Two working modes: single point mode and scanning mode; A coupling state indicator for displaying the coupling state; Automatic sleep and automatic power-off function to save battery life.
2 Features
1) Suitable for measuring the thickness of any hard material, such as steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, brass, zinc, quartz glass, polyethylene polyvinyl chloride, gray cast iron, ductile iron, etc.
2)Automatic zero adjustment
3)Data storage function, can store up to 20 t files (up to 99 values per file)
4)Auto power off
5)High precision linear compensation circuit (1%H+0.1)
6)sound speed test (m/s), with 12 storage memories.
7)2.5 MHz for rough surface measurement
