High Quality Transit Time Ultrasonic Flow Meter
I. Introduction
The ML-6100S is a wall-mounted clamped ultrasonic flow meter with jet lag technology. The transmission is designed with FPGA chips and low voltage broadband pulses. Two are available for clamping sensors and plug-in sensors. The ML-6100S has a 240 x 128 backlight LCD, 4-line menu display, and clear, user-friendly menu selection makes flow meters simpler and easier to use every day, month-year accrualer. The positive, negative, and net flow accumulators run in union and have scale factor (span) and BTU capacity. The loader pulse output and frequency output are transmitted through relays and collectors.
ML-6100S can be used with RTD module and PT1000 temperature sensor to become a watt-hour meter for measuring heat and cooling consumption of heating pipes and air-conditioning refrigeration pipelines. PT1000 adopts high temperature resistance line and imported movement, its sensitivity and working environment durability are much higher than those of domestic PT100.
II. Working Principle
The external clamp type or pipe section type ultrasonic flow meter is based on the principle of "velocity difference method" to measure the liquid flow in the pipe. It adopts advanced multi pulse technology, digital signal processing technology and error correction technology, so that the flow meter can adapt to the environment of industrial field, and the measurement is more convenient, economical and accurate. The products have reached the advanced level at home and abroad, and can be widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, water supply and drainage, etc.

IV. Straight Pipe Demand
We suggest avoiding the valve, T-branch pipe and elbows if the condition allow.
Please satisfied the hardest position installation requirements when you face more than one interfering resource.
