1--Furnace structure

Furnace using a non-magnetic metal asbestos board, induction coils, refractories and high-strength insulation materials and other components; non-magnetic metal aluminum material for the furnace. Copper rod connected to the furnace and sensors to asbestos and refractory bricks lining material.

2--Induction coil

Induction coil shaped brass around the system.Induction coils outside of the welded M8 bolts and insulation column connected, the user can easily disassembled when replacing consumable parts. Cooling water should be top intake and below out of.

3--Transmission structure

Furnace drive adopt mechanical transmission. Reducer output shaft driven by the motor, and then realized through furnace shaft rotation. Hand wheel of gear reducer can be used manually during a power outage . Reducer should be regularly add oil into the oiling hole

4--Installation

Mounting arrangement of the equipment should be determined according to the actual needs proper position, should reference floorplan and base on map provided by us,the furnace and converter should not be too far away, so as to avoid the loss of power.

After you determine the model, you need to determine your crucible:

1. Use graphite crucible to melt gold
2. Use silicon carbide crucible to melt copper
3. Use magnesium oxide crucible to melt steel
