Product Introduction:
Banana screen, also known as linear equal thickness vibrating screen, is a large and medium-sized screening machine with great screening capacity. Its screen box is similar to the shape of a banana, and the screen surface is composed of several sections with different angles. Compared with traditional screens of the same specifications, the banana type vibrating screen has a larger processing capacity, with a processing capacity per unit area that is 1.5-2 times that of traditional classification screens. It is currently one of the better performing vibrating screens.
Working principle:
Banana screen is a vibrating screen that is directly mounted on the main beam of a screening machine with two box type shakers. It is composed of a single or two vibrating screens
As a vibration source, the electric motor is connected to the short universal shaft through a transmission device to drive the active shaft of the exciter to rotate. The active shaft drives 8 eccentric blocks to rotate. The box type exciter is equipped with a pair of helical gears, which force the two sets of eccentric blocks to synchronize and rotate synchronously to generate excitation force, ensuring accurate phase angle. The excitation force cancels out each other in the horizontal direction and folds into a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft, and the screening machine moves in a linear trajectory.

Regardless of the percentage of particles smaller than the sieve opening in the feed, the thickness of the material layer on the sieve surface remains unchanged or increases during the screening process, while the thickness of the material layer on the sieve surface decreases in the ordinary screening method. Therefore, the equal thickness screening method can significantly improve the processing capacity of the screening machine.
