Description:

Polyurethane Flip flow screen mesh are manufactured from the high quality Polyurethane resin and promote the flow from the sticky materials tto make the screen without blinding.

Polyurethane Flip-flop screen are widely used in mines and quarries, highway construction reinforcement, protective fence of traffic facilities and stadium, filtration of industrial solid and liquid, etc.

Base information:

The aperture is square, rectangle, round, ellipse etc.

The normal aperture size is from 2mm to 50mm

Width and Length can be made according to the customer requirement.

For the connection, there are four normal method, 1) Mosaic, 2)Bolt connection, 3)Press bar connection 4) Hook connection.

Features of Polyurethane Screen Mesh

1. Excellent abrasion resistance performance and long service life: 8`10 times longer than common wire mesh, 3 times longer than stainless wire mesh and about 3.9 times longer than natural rubber. It has the best wear-resist performance in the mesh material
