JYT-21A/B
INTRODUCTION
JYT-21Ais made up of polymer polyol, grafted polyether polyol, cross linker, blowing agent, and composite catalyst. JYT-21B is a kind of modified Polyester Polyol.The finished products have high strength, good toughness, light weight, compression stress transfer smoothly, oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance and excellent fatigue resistance. This materials are widly used to produce tire foam which are used for the Golf car wheel,trolley are wheel etc.

*The above materials should be stored in the recommend temperature original drums, avoid the moisture, B component should be sealed by the N2 gas if it can not used up at one time.
*Additive adding:Catalyst:100±20g/20kg; Foaming agent, 1600±100g/20kg;

Remark:
Ø1,Pigment should be added into the A component, then the ratio of A and B should be adjusted.
Ø2,B component is easy to crystallization, it should be melted to liquid in at 75 degree C. However, B component can not be melted long time at high temperature(80℃, 24 hours), then B component will be lose efficacy.
Ø3,A component is easy to separate, so, it should be mixed well before using.
Ø4,The above data is tested by 6mm finished mould foam.
