Two components Polyurethane Pre-polymer for the high rebound skidding wheel
Characteristic: This is two components Polyurethane resin which are used to produce the skate wheel. It enjoys high rebound. It’s normally used to produce the high performance wheels. The color of finished product is milky white.
Hardness: 85A Rebound:85% Casting ratio:100/66
JYH-85B: ISOCYNATE
JYH-85A: Polyol

Process temperature:
ISO: 40-50℃
Polyol: 40-50℃
Reactive activation:
By manual: Process temperature, 45℃

Machine process:
JYH-85A/B can be processed by the casting machine:
These two components are solid. A component and B component should be melt into liquid at 80-85℃ in the original drum. You can not melt it in an opened drum. After melting, A and B should be poured into the tank totally mix evenly in the tank.
Pls vacuum the ISO and Polyol before casting, Vacuum 40-60min, pressure should be 0-2mmHG.
ISO TANK: Heat to 40-50℃,Vacuum until no bubbles.
Polyol TANK: Vacuum until no bubble at 40-50℃. Then release the gas into atmospheric pressure, mix 10min slowly until the liquid is evenly.
Remark:
1) Seal the tank,add a air drier at the feed inlet, get rid of the moisture. Otherwise the ISO will be reacted with the moisture, and changes to viscosity. It will effect the mechanical performance.
2) The material has to be used up at one time, if can not, the rest materials should be sealed by the dry N2.
3) Materials should be cast by the recommended ratio.
4) Post cure time: 45min at 100-110℃.
