1、Stability: The EJA-E series transmitters not only provide stable and reliable measurements under changing temperatures and static pressures, but also maintain stability through a sophisticated structural design that allows the transmitter to protect the sensor even under abnormal overpressure conditions. For example, in the case of plant equipment starting or stopping without performing the correct valve operation or industrial process instability, the transmitter will not be damaged by the overpressure protection design and will operate normally once the pressure returns to normal, eliminating the need for post-overpressure recalibration. 2、Diagnostic function: EJA-E series transmitter has 40 self-diagnostic functions, two of which are its unique features. First, Back-Check patented technology, through real-time backward calculation to confirm and detect the correctness of the calculation. Second, DPharp is an active sensor, which continuously outputs a corresponding signal even if the input pressure has not changed. When the sensor signal is interrupted, the transmitter is able to detect the sensor failure at the first time. While passive sensors in the absence of signal output, it is impossible to determine whether it is due to the pressure did not produce changes or sensor failure. 3、Gauge head display: The EJA-E transmitter's built-in display meter shows all measurement data, as well as alarm codes and bar graphs, etc. It can also be programmed to suit your needs. In addition, the display meter runs on a separate circuit, independent of the output signal, and is not affected by it. 4. Reliability: Rugged construction Rugged construction can help your plant reduce breakdowns. Four-bolt pressure-holding design, DPharp digital sensor, Teflon-coated 316L stainless steel flange gasket, ANSI/ISA 12.27.01 certified double seal-all design features for extended transmitter life.
