• The structure:

The main parts are: triplex high pressure reciprocating pump, electric engine, water tank, inlet water hose, and cleaning accessory, electric control cabinet.

• Electric engine: we use 3 phases 4 poles asynchronous motors,and also optional use the model 60HZ different voltage, explosion-proof or frequency electric engine according to the client’s request.
• Electric control cabinet: the main function of it is to start, stop, and the protection of phase failure and over charge. Factory sets for 80% step-down start, in order to reduce the harm of current start-up, since the transformer wire decoupling reserve 65% of wiring end, customers can adjust according to oneself circumstance power

• Triplex high pressure reciprocating pump: It is triplex plunger pump, and the working principle and maintenance please see the operation manual of high pressure pump.
• Water tank: water tank is the device of storing water and filter. There are two filtering clapboards, and it should check for some times. The place of the water must higher than the high pressure pump, in order to exclude the air of inlet pipeline.

4. Cleaning accessory: there are many kinds of cleaning accessory; it should match according to the client’s request. The usual are: high pressure hoses, high pressure pipes, foot control valve, spray guns, etc.

High pressure hoses are the main safe parts of the washer; it must use the supporting products. Before use, it must be checked, and if there are some wearing parts, it should be rechanged. Fixed the joint, in case of loosing.

The high pressure pipes usually in a fixed place, which made from the stainless steel extra high pressure, and installed in a fixed pipe way. When installation, it should match with the limit valve and globe valve, and control box.

Foot control valve is used in the pipelines, containers, rotary kiln of cement plant, sometimes used in as the twin gun switch valve operation. When use the special accessories such as spray boom, rotating nozzle, it should use the foot control valve to realize the control of water jet change. When loose the valve, the water jet.

Spray gun is the pump’s change energy parts, for considering the safety, usually, it is overflow spray guns, that means there is a overflow pipe, when close the spray gun, it overflows, and unloading the high pressure pump.

Standard and custom high-pressure Hydro Laser units are built with Tritan triplex or quintuplex pumps. Quintuplex and triplex pumps are positive-displacement reciprocating pumps that are configured with three or five plungers. High pressure water pumps used in high pressure water blasting and water jetting operations.

The machine is mainly composed by high pressure reciprocating pump, power plant and cleaning accessories.

1, high pressure reciprocating pump:

This kind of pump , as a horizontal triplex plunger pump , is driven by electric motor ,which can be divided into two parts: power end and fluid end.

• Power end(picture 1)

This part consist of belt pulley crankshaft, and connecting rod. Through the turning of belt and belt pulley, the electric motor decreases speed and drives the crankshaft to rotate. Then crank link mechanism transforms the rotation motion into straight reciprocating motion.

(2) Fluid end (picture 2)

This part consists of plunger suit, high-pressure cylinder, and pump body, inlet and outlet water valve. In high-pressure cylinder fixed on the case body, the connecting rod drives plunger to do reciprocating motion, which makes the internal volume of cylinder changed periodically. When in suction stroke, the internal capacity of the cylinder body swells, the water outlet valve closes and forms partial vacuum. Together with the effect of atmospheric pressure, actuating medium is forced into high-pressure cylinder from inlet valve. While in discharge stroke, the inlet water valve closes. Plunger piston squeezes the actuating medium from outlet water valve into pump body, and into pressure regulating valve, then through the high-pressure tube arrivals spray gun by whose resistance the high pressure water forms.

Relief valve (picture3) equipped at right side of pump is designed to protect system against overpressure.
