Fundamental structure and working principle
The machine is mainly composed by high pressure reciprocating pump, power plant(Zone 2 diesel engine) and cleaning accessories.
1, high pressure reciprocating pump:
This kind of pump , as a horizontal triplex plunger pump , is driven by electric motor ,which can be divided into two parts: power end and fluid end.
Power end
This part consist of belt pulley crankshaft, and connecting rod. Through the turning of belt and belt pulley, the electric motor decreases speed and drives the crankshaft to rotate. Then crank link mechanism transforms the rotation motion into straight reciprocating motion.
(2) Fluid end (picture 2)
This part consists of plunger suit, high-pressure cylinder, and pump body, inlet and outlet water valve. In high-pressure cylinder fixed on the case body, the connecting rod drives plunger to do reciprocating motion, which makes the internal volume of cylinder changed periodically. When in suction stroke, the internal capacity of the cylinder body swells, the water outlet valve closes and forms partial vacuum. Together with the effect of atmospheric pressure, actuating medium is forced into high-pressure cylinder from inlet valve. While in discharge stroke, the inlet water valve closes. Plunger piston squeezes the actuating medium from outlet water valve into pump body, and into pressure regulating valve, then through the high-pressure tube arrivals spray gun by whose resistance the high pressure water forms.
Relief valve (picture3) equipped at right side of pump is designed to protect system against overpressure.
