YY(Q)W series thermal oil boiler adopts horizontal chamber combustion three-coil structure,and its body is composed of outer coil,middle coil,inner coil and rear coil. It is widely applied for oil chemical industry, chemical fiber industry, wood processing industry, paper making industry, building materials industry, food industry,etc.

The thermal oil heater is a kind of special industrial furnace which uses diesel oil as the fuel, the furnace takes heat carrier oil as medium and uses the hot oil circulating pump force the medium to make liquid circulation; then the thermal energy will be transmitted to the devices and back to the furnace to be reheated.

This thermal Oil Boiler have advanced program control system, equipped with liquid level controller, pressure controller, temperature controller, and alarms to make sure the boiler work orderly and safe. So it is a kind of safe boiler with high efficiency and low power consumption.

Thermal oil boiler are insulated with rock wool, whose thickness of which is 100 mm to minimize heat loss and the rock wool is covered with embossed metal sheet, whose thickness of which is 0.8 mm.
