DZL seires coal/biomass fired steam boiler realizes almost zero pollution with the use of special dust collector solution (bag dust collector, double towers desulfurization, etc.). This series boiler is single drum horizontal type shell boiler, the combustion equipment is chain grate (small scale flaker is available), has the advantages of feed mechanically and strong adaptability of different fuels. The fuel could be II class bituminous coal, the diameter should be 6-25mm, and ash content should be less than 32.4%. Otherwise, DZL series boiler could also burn biomass fuel, including wood, straw, bagasse, rice husk, coconut shell, cotton seeds, peanut shell, etc.

Coal Fired Boiler Burning process
The fuel falls from the coal hopper to the front of the grate. With the operation of the grate, the coal undergoes preheating, dry distillation, ignition, and embers. The slag falls into the slag hopper and is discharged from the furnace at any time by the slag remover. The flue gas is in the front and back arches. The throat between the throat can form a vortex to fully mix with the air, heat the front arch, improve the fire conditions, enter the two-wing convection tube bundle through the exit smoke window on the upper part of the arch, enter the threaded smoke pipe through the front smoke box, and pass through the economizer and dust collector. The induced draft fan is led to the chimney and discharged.

Economic operation
This series of industrial steam boilers can operate normally under 70%~100% load. Under operating conditions, the parameters include feed water temperature, steam pressure, fuel consumption, fuel type, steam temperature, boiler evaporation, steel consumption, efficiency and exhaust gas temperature. Delivery standards
(1) This series of steam boilers below 6 tons are delivered as a whole package, and the main engine and combustion equipment of boilers larger than 6 tons are delivered separately and assembled on site.
(2) Blowers, induced draft fans, slag removers, dust collectors, economizers, electric control consoles, platform escalators, valves, instruments, flue ducts, etc. shall be delivered according to the drawings or according to the contract.
(3) Provide two copies of technical documents and random drawings, and one product quality certificate.

2.What is the combustion mode of coal/biomass fired boiler?
The combustion mode of coal/biomass fired boiler is layer combustion. Place the flue on the fixed or moved grate, to form an evenly fuel bed with a certain thickness, air comes from the bottom of grate, and combustion occurred on the fuel bed.

The highest temperature of smoke gas is 165℃.
7.How long can the coal/biomass fired boiler works?
Coal/biomass boilers could work for 10~15 years, under correct operation, high water and coal quality, etc.
8.How to avoid collapse of bricks, and what should be done if it happened?
When boiler installation finished, drying the boiler according to the manual, it’s very important to avoid collapse of bricks.
