1400kw Industrial Oil, Gas Fired Thermal Oil Boiler Heating System For Reaction Tanks
YY(Q)W series gas fired thermal oil boiler designed with three passes coiled tubes, the tail heat surface form the wet back type smoke-transfer chamber structure, to improve heat efficiency. large access door design of boiler's front and rear panel,hammer paint coating, which makes the inspection more convenient.
The thermal oil boiler can be used for asphalt mixing plant, bitumen melting machine, bitumen emulsion machine, also can be used for bitumen modifying machine. The bitumen can be heated quickly by thermal oil, and the boiler can be automatic control by setting the temperature limit.
Technique data:
Rated thermal power is 0.12Mw (10×104kcal/h) to 14Mw (1200×104kcal/h).
Design pressure is equal to or greater than 1 Mpa.
Operating temperature is equal to or less than 350°C.
Thermal efficiency is between 60% and 85% according to the difference of boiler type.
Boiler Features
1. The top of the thermal boiler(hot oil boiler) is equipped with a top coil tube, which effectively prevents the flame from directly radiating the rear wall. At the same time, under the premise of a compact structure, it increases the radiation heating area and improves the boiler's thermal efficiency.
