ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders, pricing, and delivery dates are subject to acceptance and confirmation by both our factory and customers. We reserve the right to accept or reject any job. Accepted orders subsequently canceled may be subject to a cancellation charge to compensate for costs incurred on work accomplished to the time of cancellation. Modifications and/or changes to proposed items may increase or decrease the price to Purchaser. Acceptance of modifications and/or changes will be mutually agreed upon prior to the commencement of work requested. Purchaser agrees to meet all commitments including payment of invoices according to proposed terms, any reasonable service charges, and collection costs associated with collecting the account should it become past due.

DELIVERY
Our regular delivery time is 2-3 weeks upon receipt of the payment. The actual lead-time will be subject to the specific model numbers, order QTY, payment terms as well as some special requirements from customers. J&R shall not be liable for failure to deliver goods occasioned by causes beyond our control. Goods are carefully and strictly inspected prior to leaving our plant in good condition.

PACKAGING
Normal packaging is bulk secure packaging, each keyboard/keypad device to a suitable brown inner box, then load the brown inner boxes to a standard outer carton. (Handsets and Hooks will be loaded in a suitable outer carton). Special packaging is available at an additional charge.

SHIPPING AND SHIPPING LABELS/MARKS
Our price term is based on EXW, but we can obtain the best possible shipping rates with our contracted forwarders/shipping companies to save cost and time for our esteemed customers via a very feasible and reliable analysis and negotiation.
