Pressureless Sintered Silicon Carbide Ceramic Products
Silicon Carbide (SiC) is a compound that consists of silicon (Si) and carbon (C) atoms. It is categorized as a ceramic material due to its unique combination of properties.
Pressureless sintered silicon carbide ceramics are made of high-purity, ultra-fine silicon carbide powder as raw materials, with a small amount of sintering aids added, and sintered at 1950-2100℃ in an inert gas or vacuum atmosphere at atmospheric pressure. The resulting products are almost completely dense and have excellent mechanical properties. Pressureless sintered silicon carbide ceramics: sleeve products, sliding bearing products, mechanical sealing rings, flat rings, sand nozzles, bulletproof sheets, ceramic heating plates, ceramic soaking plates, 30 glass hot bending molds, and microchannel reactor ceramic plates.
Silicon carbide ceramic products have the characteristics of acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high hardness and wear resistance, good self-lubrication, high temperature and oxidation resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal conductivity, etc. They are widely used in aerospace, automobile industry, petrochemical industry, mechanical seals, metallurgy, power, pump equipment, hot bending molds, microchannel reactors, new energy, semiconductors, scientific research and national defense and military industries.
