Details

Pump Casing: volute case design, radial split with integrated feet, provide excellent resistance to pipeline loads and improved reliability. The pull-out design makes it possible to remove the rotating element without affecting the motor's bushing operation.

Impeller: Inpleller is inblock cast. There are two ways to balance the axial force of the pump: when the nominal diameter of the impeller is less than or equal to 250mm, the back blade is used to balance the force; when the nominal diameter of the impeller is larger than or equal to 315mm, the sealing ring and the balance hole are used to balance the force. The residual axial force is absorbed by a set of angular contact ball bearings.

Shaft Seal: The dimension of the shaft seal cavity meets the requirements of various shaft seal types. Packing seal, single end mechanical seal, pressure double seal, pressureless double seal, and cartridge mechanical seal can be used to meet customers’ need.

In the fields of chemicals, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, synthetic fibre industry, pharmaceutical industry,paper making industry, air conditioning industry , sugar industry, heating industry, sea water desalination, and water supply , CZ-series pumpsare suitable to convey neutral liquid medium, corrosive liquid medium, clear liquid medium and liquid medium containing few solid particles.
