Description:

The box-type calcination furnace is also called as the calcination muffle furnace. It is specially designed for the calcination process of artificial, synthetic and natural hydrocarbon, and the sintering process in the special environment of other corrosive volatile. The heating element is a resistance wire which is embedded into the silicon carbide inner layer, and has the advantages of surrounding heating, uniform temperature field, clean furnace body and corrosion resistance. Fresh air is preheated by the outer wall of the chamber and enters the hearth from the furnace mouth on the front end, and then the airflow is exhausted from the chimney on the rear end after circulating in the heat field inside the hearth.

◆The airflow circulates inside and is fully contacted with the sample, so as to achieve the best combustion effect.
