The product description:

Using high quality Q235 seamless steel pipe welding, internal spiral twist using high quality SUS304 stainless steel precision processing, screen using SUS304 stainless steel precision processing, screen using SUS304 stainless steel precision grinding machine processing, high precision. Precision fit clearance. The equipment is characterized by reasonable structure, durability and long continuous working time. It is suitable for separating liquid materials with solid particles ≥0.5-1.0mm. After large proportion of solid in the original liquid, the filter residue requires low moisture content. It is especially suitable for treating beer residue, artificial board factory waste water, dewatering of pharmaceutical residue, pig manure, cow manure and other livestock and poultry raw manure water and slaughterhouse sewage.

Operating Principle

1. The waste is sucked into the solid-liquid separation equipment by a pump.
2. Stainless steel spiral blades rotate, pushing waste forward
3. In the process mentioned above, the water branch of waste flows out of our V-shaped screen.
4. Stainless steel spiral blade through the forward extrusion, dehydrated waste will fall off, complete the entire treatment process.
The whole process can adjust the speed of discharging.
