Product Description

1. Overview

DN 24 Hours Automatically Save Artificial Sludge Processing Screw Machine is equipped with unique dewatering structure of fixed and moving rings, which enables dewatering while automatically self-cleaning the filter mesh. This self-cleaning mechanism enables screw dewatering machine for food process to be ideal for oil sludge treatment, which easily causes clogging and is difficult to treat with other types of dewatering equipment.

2. Working Principle of 24 Hours Automatically Save Artificial Sludge Processing Screw Machine

Fixed rings and moving rings used as filter media instead of filter cloths makes it especially good at treating oily sludge, solving the annoying problem of clogging. The moving rings rotate up and down to the fixed rings when the gaps between them are cleaned to prevent from clogging.

1)Surface blasting process
Improve surface mechanical properties, more beautiful, and international standards
2)Critical component annular plate

All annular plates cutted by Germany TRUMPF laser cutting machine, can reduce the deformation, improve demensional accuracy and surface finish. Material is SS304.

3)Critical component screw shaft.

HVOF technology of surface treatment of screw shaft. The black special hard material is sprayed on the outer diameter of the screw shaft to achieve the hardness of 1350HV(normal 1200HV), which prolongs the service life of the machine.

4)Motor

Using first-class reducers, Nord or SEW are optional due to your actual needs.
