Specifications

PPS dust filter bag is made of 100% PPS needle punched filter felt, the virgin fiber which imported from USA and Japan, is the the leading varieties of the high temperature filter material, PPS dust filter bags performance excellence in the applications of the following situations.

  1. The working temperature of 190 degree, short time working temp of 210 degree, the melting point is 285 degree C, The limiting oxygen index 34-35.

  2. The oxygen content in the 15% or the same situation can be used.

  3. The place of the flue gas containing moisture.

    PPS spun fiber has the strength to keep the integrity and intrinsic chemical resistance, can maintain a good filter material in the dust treatment of filtering coal boiler, incinerator ash, dust processing and other pulse cleaning dust.
