These are used stainless steel filter vessels for a size #1 bag filter. They are rated at 100gpm and max pressure 150psi. The inside has a stainless steel basket to support the bag filter (7”x16” bag filter) This unit has an inlet on the side and an outlet on the bottom. Both are 1” FPT thread. The top has two ¼” FPT threaded holes for accessories (pressure gage, etc.) The vessel itself is 8” in diameter and 27” tall. The adjustable stand is 22” tall.

Working principle

The filter bag is supported by the stainless steel mesh inside. The liquid flows into the chamber via inlet, and go through the filter bag. The impurities will be blocked into the filter bag.The filter bag can be reused repeatedly after washing or cleaning. It is easy to replace the filter bags.

The filter is features of no material consumption and low operation cost.

Remarks

Max capacity is the reference value base on water test, the actual value can be different because of liquid viscosity, solid content and pressure difference.

The material can be carbon steel,SUS 304 and SUS 316L and PP.

According to the nature and temperature of the material filtered, the O Ring material can be customized to meet your needs

The lock method of the filter can be clamp type , hasp type and eye bolts types.
