Stainless steel sintered mesh is a filter material that can be repeatedly cleaned and used. Common cleaning methods include ultrasonic cleaning, baking cleaning, reverse water cleaning, and filtrate cleaning.
Ultrasonic cleaning is a method of removing the sintered mesh from the equipment and then cleaning it with a special ultrasonic wave. The advantage of ultrasonic cleaning is that the cleaning is thorough and clean; but because it needs to be disassembled and cleaned each time, it has a great impact on production efficiency.
The specific operation method of the reverse water cleaning method is to blow the inert gas such as nitrogen from the opposite direction to the sintering net for washing. This method does not need to take the sintering net out of the equipment, and can be directly operated in the reverse direction, saving time and effort.
When the stainless steel sintered mesh filters the liquid or gas that needs to be filtered, impurities will stick to the sintered mesh mesh. Continuous filtering will make these sticky and floating impurities more and more, forming a "filter cake".
The filter cake makes the liquid flow rate smaller, and the pore size of the sintered mesh becomes smaller due to the stickiness of the impurities, which is equivalent to increasing the filtering accuracy of the sintered mesh in a disguised manner,
Impurities smaller than the mesh of the stainless steel sintered mesh are also stuck to the filter cake.
A natural filter layer is formed to filter the liquid.
