Candle filter is a relatively advanced, safe, efficient and pollution-free new filtering method. Candle filter has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, sealing and high precision, simple maintenance, safety and reliability and high degree of automation. It can be widely used in solid-liquid separation and filtration in petroleum, plastics, electroplating, chemical industry, ceramics, pharmaceutical, sugar and other industries.
Working principle of candle filter:
1. Feed:
Open the vent valve and pump the feed liquid into the filter.
2. Formation of filter cake layer:
Circulating filtration to make the filter cake layer reach a certain thickness.
3. Filtering:
The filtrate becomes clear and flows by the flow; Liquid level; Time; Pressure to determine the next link.
4. Drainage:
(1) Press the filtrate back to the raw material tank. (2) The residual liquid is sent to the top of the filter for atomization and spraying, allowing the gas to take away and the liquid to be dried. (3) Dry from the bottom drying area. (4) If the process requires the discharge of concentrated slurry, the concentrated slurry shall be discharged after reaching a certain concentration.
5. Washing:
Add the clear liquid and spray it to take away the water from the gas, so that the filter cake washing can save water.
6. Drying:
The washed filter cake is dried by adding appropriate gas to minimize the moisture of the filter cake. Generally, air, nitrogen or steam are used to take away the moisture in the filter cake.

Food industry: fructose syrup filtration; Decarburization, decolorization and filtration of citric acid, malic acid, sulfuric acid and lactic acid; Lycopene filtration; Decarburization, decolorization and filtration of monosodium glutamate; Yeast and soybean protein filtration; Filtration of various fruit juices; Soy sauce and vinegar filtration; Liquor and beverage filtration; Filtration of crude oil, edible oil and blended oil.
Pharmaceutical industry: biopharmaceutical industry; Fermentation Broth Filtration and crystal filtration; Mother liquor or suspension filtration; Catalyst filtration and recovery
