Yuwei Fully Automatic Candle Filter Housing Controlled By PLC Auto Discharging​

Candle filters, also known as cake layer filters, consist of a vertical vessel and a vertically mounted filter unit. The filter unit is composed of an open-hole petal-shaped filter element and a filter cloth. The actual filter medium is the filter cloth and filter cake layer wrapped on the surface of the filter element. The filter cloth is fastened to the surface of the filter element with a special clamp to make it sealed. Its filtration process is completely airtight, without leakage and without any environmental pollution. It can realize one-time automatic filtration of the whole process, filter cake washing, air drying, and at the same time adopt gas backflushing and slag discharge processes. The whole process is fast, pollution-free, and can achieve greater work efficiency.
