Induction Switch Pressure Gauge For Filter Press Oil Cylinder Nanjing Quality Pu 0-40pa Electric Contact Pressure Gauge
Anti-corrosion measures
Anticorrosion of the shell:
1. It is recommended that the casing be made of stainless steel or sprayed with tetrafluoride in order to prolong the service life of the pressure gauge;
2. If the ambient humidity is high, it is recommended to increase the protection level of the shell to prevent external moisture from entering the gauge and improve the service life of the pressure gauge.
Anticorrosion of wetted parts:
1. For general corrosive media, if the stainless steel elastic element can withstand corrosion for 1 to 2 years, a general stainless steel pressure gauge can be used. When installing, the pressure guiding pipe should be short, and if necessary, the buffer coil should be changed to a buffer tank to prevent impurities blocked.
2. If the medium is corrosive to stainless steel and copper, the buffer tank can be changed to an isolation tank, and a corrosion-resistant isolation liquid can be added. The type of barrier liquid can be selected according to the properties of the tested medium, but it is better to use it for more than half a year without deterioration. If the common isolation fluid is not applicable, fluorochlorofluorocarbon oil can be used as the isolation fluid, but the price is very expensive, so the isolation tank should be made small, and the fluorine oil should be recovered and reused during disassembly and assembly.
3. Diaphragm pressure gauges can be used, including molybdenum-containing stainless steel, Hastelloy and tantalum sheets. Methyl silicone oil is used to transmit pressure between the diaphragm and the ballistic tube. The minimum range can be 0~100kPa. For corrosion resistance, a layer of F46 (polyperfluoroethylene propylene) diaphragm can be added, but the sensitivity of the instrument is reduced. F46 can also be used directly as the isolation diaphragm, but pay attention to the permeability of the medium, and fluorine oil can be used for the transfer fluid of high temperature and oil-free medium.
