Principle

FSFJ Single Cabin Plansifter is driven by a motor which installed underside of the main frame and counter-balanced by a counterweight. There are single section type, double sections and 4 sections type in this machine series. According to individual design for different material, the sieve sifts different granular materials to different next passages in flour mill when the whole machine is running.

Application

FSFJ cabin plansifter is our newly designed product, suitable for various powdery material classifying and screening. It is one more effective flat rotary sieve with wide application in classifying and dedusting for flour, feed, corn, food and chemicals industries.

1. Used as specific effective flour test sieve in the flour mill.

2. Used as supplement sieve for flour after grinding.

3. Used to sift and classify after grinding in the small grains processing plant.

4. Used to screen and classify material for rice and feed processing plant.

5. Used in other flour and granules screening and classifying field, such as graphite, glucose, starch, salt producing, chemical industry, liquor producing and medicine.
