1. Cleaning process


Remove small and medium impurities in wheat/corn. For example, dust, stones, magnetic materials, wheat/corn bitten by insects, etc. Including beating, screening, detonator, magnetic separator, and damping. This part is used to make wheat/corn to prepare for milling parts and protect the machinery as well

2. Milling process


Includes different numbers of flour mills and sifters, used to grind wheat/corn flour and separate flour and bran
(1) Flour mill: pulverize wheat/corn flour by roller movement to destroy its integrity
(2) Flour sifter: also separates the flour and bran into large and small to ensure the quality of flour
(3) Purifier: the classification of the grinding part
(4) Bran brush: Separate the bran and flour to get more flour.

3. Packaging process


The packaging part can be manual or automatic, which can be designed according to requirements and machine capacity.
