High Square Plansifter

High square plansifter is mainly used for screening of ground wheat and intermediate materials, it can be used for flour grading as well. Now It is widely used in modern flour mills and rice mills. Through different screening designs, the intermediate materials can pass through different screening channels to realize material classification.

working principle

The machine is driven by a motor which is installed inside of the main frame and counter-balanced by a counterweight. Each machine has 4, or 6, or 8 sections sieves inside. Different material flows into the different section on its own route. According to individual design for different materials, the sieve sifts different granular material to different next passage in flour mills when the whole machine is running.

1. Screen: there are new Nova screen or aluminum mesh screen to choose from.

2. Screen grid-column: low alloy cold extrusion seamless steel pipe is used for screen grid column, tenon and mortise structure is used to connect the top and bottom plate.

3. Screen cleaner and tray Cleaner: the screen cleaner can dredge the screen and prevent the screen from blocking, and the tray cleaner can smoothly push the materials and spread the materials.
