Introduction

It also uses switch power supply. It is possible to select the power, frequency and pulse width of the laser output through touch panel. Misoperation and over temperature protection are also provided.
This principle of laser deposition welding system is based on laser welding technology of high energy and focus point to deal effectively with all welding of small parts and patch work will complement traditional argon arc welding technology in repairing insufficient welding precision surface.Avoid thermal strain and back the two threshold greatly reduces mold production cycle.
It is possible to select the power, frequency and pulse width of the laser output through controller or touch panel, and set the moving speed of the work bench and control the moving direction of the work bench to make the welding parameters match the welding requirement, make flat weld or weld spot to realize perfect welding effect.
Feature
Laser welding is to irradiate a high energy density laser beam on two parts of the material, so that the local heating melt, and then cooling and solidification into one. Compared with traditional welding technology, laser welding has the following advantages:
Small heat-affected zone of laser repair welding will not lead to deformation of precision die, large welding depth, strong welding, sufficient melting, no repair marks, no depression in the joint of molten pool melt bump and matrix.
With a special microscope observation system for cross cursor, the magnification can be adjusted to achieve precise alignment.
